Draft — pending legal review

Privacy policy

This page describes how the platform is designed to handle your data. It is a working draft written alongside the product, not reviewed legal text, and it will be replaced before any paid service launches.

What we collect

Account details you provide: your name, email address and password, or the profile information returned by a sign-in provider you choose to use.

Documents you upload or create, along with the structured content extracted from them and the analysis results produced for you.

Technical records needed to operate the service: session records, security events such as failed sign-in attempts, and aggregated usage statistics.

How we use it

To provide the service: parsing your documents, producing analysis, and keeping your work available across sessions.

To keep the service secure: rate limiting, detecting abuse and investigating security events.

To improve quality in aggregate. Human review of your individual documents is opt-in and off by default.

Passwords and sessions

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes produced by a memory-hard algorithm. We cannot read your password, and a password is never returned by any part of the service.

Sessions are stored server-side, expire on a fixed schedule, and can be revoked individually from your account.

AI processing

Some optional features send text to an AI provider. We send the minimum necessary content and redact contact details that are not required for the task.

Deterministic features — parsing, formatting checks and rule-based scoring — run without any AI provider.

Your documents are not used to train models.

Retention and deletion

You can delete individual files, share links or your entire account at any time. Deletion removes stored files, not merely the reference to them.

Documents remain available after paid access expires; only export and premium tooling stop.

Your controls

Access, correct, download or delete your data from your account.

Public share links are off by default, random, revocable and excluded from search indexing.

Consent for optional processing, including human quality review, can be withdrawn at any time.
